Criteria for Blood Donors
► Healthy body and between the age of 18-60 years old
►Weight of 45kg and above
►Not on any antibiotic and minimum sleep of 5 hours
►For female donors not pregnant, not breast-feeding.
► There are no health problems.
► Has not taken alcoholic drinks (within 24 hours)
